Andrew practices intellectual property law including patent, trademark, and copyright law. His practice focuses on assisting with U.S. and international patent prosecution in technology areas related to computer software and hardware, telecommunications, medical devices, mechanical inventions, and financial services. His prosecution experience includes drafting patents and assisting with the prosecution of patents in the United States, drafting appeals, assisting with the prosecution of international patent applications, and participating in foreign oppositions. Andrew also has extensive experience in evaluating issued patents to help clients get the most value out of their patent portfolio. This experience includes performing offensive analysis, validity reviews, and patent portfolio evaluation.
