Dana practices intellectual property law including patent, trademark, and copyright law. Her practice focuses on assisting with U.S. and international patent prosecution in technology areas related to computer software and hardware, telecommunications, medical devices, and mechanical inventions. Her prosecution experience includes drafting patents and assisting with the prosecution patents in the United States and internationally. Dana also has experience evaluating issued and pending applications for patent portfolio assessment.
