Judicial Internship

While interning on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Katherine learned that good writing can make or break a case. She uses her own writing, legal, and technical skills to present as strong a case as possible for clients.

Katherine practices in the field of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. She assists with settlement agreements, depositions, motion- and brief- writing, and numerous other litigation support tasks. Katherine's technical training was in biotechnology.

When she's not working, Katherine enjoys the opera, reading mystery fiction, and watching Minnesota Twins baseball.
