Kathy practices general intellectual property law involving both litigation practice and prosecution of patent applications. She has experience in copyright, trademark, and patent litigation. While attending law school, she served on the Editorial Board of the University of Denver Water Law Review. Believing strongly in public service, she volunteered as a victims advocate for a local police department and as a law clerk for a womens shelter where she offered pro bono legal assistance to immigrant victims of domestic violence. Kathy graduated in the top two percent of her law school class in the Order of St. Ives.
