Kristine is a trademark, copyright and intellectual property lawyer. She advises clients on protecting their intellectual property rights, representing Fortune 500 companies and individual entrepRenurs across the nation. With a decade of experience, Ms. Boylan assists her clients with all areas of intellectual property advising, protection and enforcement including the commerical side of IP. She represents her clients' interests in Federal Courts, at ADR tribunals, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Ms. Boylan has diverse experience within the legal profession that factors into her expertise. Kristine has first-chair trial and arbitration experience, and appears before state and federal courts representing businesses and individuals in matters ranging from defense of criminal charges to the enforcement of patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks. Ms. Boylan is consistently recognized as a leader by her colleagues in Minnesota and serves in leadership roles within national legal and industry associations.
