ANDA Litigation Lateral

We are a seeking Senior Associate or Junior Partner-level Intellectual Property litigation attorney for a high level, pharmaceutical litigation practice opportunity. Candidates should have a chemical arts background. Three to five years of experience required litigating paragraph IV ANDA matters in District Court for generic or brand companies.
Superior academic credentials, strong writing skills and USPTO registration is required. For this unique opportunity, portable business is not required.
