Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould announced that Regina Vogel Culbert has been selected to join the Seattle Chapter of the IP Inn of Court.
The IP Inn of Court is an educational and mentoring organization comprised of federal and state judges, practicing IP litigation attorneys and law students. Members are accepted by invitation only, and meet once per month. The members are broken into teams, and each team is responsible for presenting one program per year focused on the practice of IP law and advocacy.
Culbert's practice concentrates on intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, trademark and related claims of unfair competition. She earned her B.A. from Northwestern University and J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Culbert has litigated a variety of matters involving software, Website design, trade dress, domain name disputes, and theft of trade secrets.
