Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould announced that Kristine M. Boylan has joined the firm as an associate in the Minneapolis office.

"She has a great base of litigation experience that will be valuable in helping our clients maximize the worth of their portfolios."
Boylan is an intellectual property lawyer, serving as a member of the trademark and litigation departments. She assists individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies with all areas of intellectual property and represents clients in arbitration and administrative tribunals in state and federal courts around the nation.
Boylan has more than seven years experience in civil and commercial litigation, including first-chair trial and arbitration experience. She has litigated cases involving patents, trademarks, product liability, general tort, professional malpractice and copyrights.
Boylan holds a B.A. from St. Mary's College of Minnesota and received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
