Merchant & Gould Welcomes Attorney Jason Becker to Denver Office

Merchant & Gould, a leading intellectual property law firm, announced today that attorney Jason Becker has joined its Denver office.

Becker previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Staas & Halsey LLP in Washington, D.C., primarily focusing on patent prosecution. He also worked as a patent prosecution contractor with Hart IP Law and Strategies LLC in Denver, where he drafted patent applications and performed patent prosecution support. His bar admissions include the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Colorado Bar, and the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Colorado.

Becker received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in information sciences and disorders from Pennsylvania State University and a certification in information assurance in Network Security from the National Security Agency.
