At the Merchant & Gould library, Hope manages both the physical collections and the online databases that attorneys and staff use to research everything from patents to medical journals and court documents. Her days are varied between proactive management of her department and reactive responding to requests for help with research, finding documents, and devising research strategies.

Hope started as a trademark clerk at Merchant & Gould in 1988, moving to the Library Manager position in 1990, where she has served ever since. She has cultivated a reputation for responsiveness in the library, knowing that the attorneys trust her department to give them excellent, timely information. Over the years, Hope has built a unique collection of legal IP resources that all the Merchant & Gould offices have complete access to.

She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
