Linhda is an associate in the Minneapolis office, where she primarily practices litigation and trademark prosecution and enforcement. Prior to practicing law, Linhda worked at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA, for over four years, performing molecular oncology research aimed at targeting biomarkers for early cancer diagnosis, prediction, and prevention. It was at JWCI where she discovered her passion for technology and intellectual property. Linhda strives to use her litigation skills to protect her clients’ inventions.
Linhda graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she came to escape the California weather. During law school, Linhda held board positions in the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and Asian Pacific American Law School Association. Linhda continues her community involvement by serving on committees for the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, as well as the Pro Bono  and Diversity Committees at Merchant & Gould.
Linhda considers herself a food enthusiast and enjoys cooking in her free time, along with reading, indoor rock climbing, and snowboarding.
