Mark practices general Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on advanced Patent Office practice and litigation before the Federal District Courts and the Federal Circuit. Mark has extensive experience including reexamination, reissue and patent interference. His practice includes critically important patents that have been enforced in major U.S. and international markets. Mark has participated in issuing more than 400 patents in the U.S. and abroad. All litigated patents have been found valid and infringed.
