Chuck advises clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property law including the establishment, procurement, management and development of their domestic and international IP strategy and portfolios. His practice includes due diligence investigations; IP assessment and valuation; validity and infringement opinions; domestic and international IP management counseling; licensing; patentability and use-clearance searching; trademarks and branding; trade secret and know-how management; advertising; unfair competition and warranty law; and litigation support. His technological experience includes electronics and mechanical designs; integrated circuit and semiconductor design and fabrication, computers and software, superconductivity, thick and thin films and vapor deposition.

Chuck has earned the title "Super Lawyer" in the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics for the past three years. He has also achieved an AV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
