She has experience in many aspects of client counseling including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution matters, patentability searches and opinions, and infringement and clearance opinions. She also has experience in assisting clients with transactional matters such as technology transfer and licensing agreements. Katherine enjoys working with clients to manage their portfolios and develop business strategies. Volunteering in the community is also important to Katherine. She is on the Board of Directors of Groves Academy, a nonprofit day school for children with learning disabilities. In the coming year, she will be assisting in a multi-million dollar capital campaign to raise funds for the school's expansion. Katherine's practice areas include: Consulting clients in the chemical practice area with a focus on Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical inventions.
Katherine is also an Adjunct Professor at University of St. Thomas Law School.
