Tom practices general intellectual property law, with a strong emphasis on litigation. He works with other attorneys to zealously protect clients' intellectual property assets by devising and implementing creative solutions to complex litigation and prosecution matters. His litigation practice includes preparing briefs and pleadings; arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; and handling other discovery matters. In addition, Tom prosecutes patents in the mechanical arts. His prosecution practice includes helping clients meet long-term objectives through conscientious analysis with an understanding of technology, law, and business to build sound and profitable intellectual property portfolios.
