Joshua practices general intellectual property law, including patent prosecution for domestic and foreign clients, patentability searches and opinions, as well as intellectual property litigation support. Joshua also provides counseling on technology innovation issues, including patent infringement and patent validity evaluation. Joshua's practice areas include the mechanical, electro-mechanical, and biomedical arts. Before practicing law, Joshua was a design engineer for 3Com, Inc., working on the design and integration of new PCMCIA technologies.
