Greg practices Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on client counseling on patent and copyright matters. His practice includes developing domestic and international Intellectual Property portfolios and strategies for effective and economical protection. Greg has extensive experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution in mechanical and electro-mechanical areas. He also chairs the firm's Copyright and Entertainment Law Committee and provides counseling for acquisition and enforcement of rights for art, music, publishing and related legal matters.

In addition to being an active speaker at various continuing legal education seminars and legal panels, Greg has been an active member of the bar. He is a past chair of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association's Copyright Committee and the Minnesota State Bar Association's Art and Entertainment Section. Greg's practice/technology areas include general practice of patent, trademark and copyright law, with an emphasis on patent protection of mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies, and copyright protection and related licensing issues.
