Sorge's practice focuses on litigation. His years of litigation experience include numerous intellectual property disputes venued in federal courts around the country. Sorge counsels clients on protecting their intellectual property portfolios and how best to seek redress when there is infringement of that property. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Previously, Sorge was a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General's (JAG) department. He received his J.D. with honors at the University of Texas School of Law, an LL.M. in air and space law at McGill University, and a B.A. in chemistry at the University of Northern Colorado.
