Roger joined Merchant & Gould after more than 39 years in corporate and private practice of intellectual property law. He counsels clients in a variety of fields and technologies, with primary emphasis on mechanical and electrical matters. He also is active in preparing and prosecuting patent applications and registering trademarks for clients, international as well as domestic. Roger has worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and as a civilian patent advisor for the U.S. Navy.
