Dr. Evans is a registered patent agent that assists in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Dr. Evans' prior work experience includes working as a patent agent at an Alexandria, VA law firm, and as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Evans received post-doctoral training in synthetic chemistry and X-ray crystallography at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Evans has experience in all aspects of patent application prosecution and preparation. Dr. Evans also has experience drafting validity and infringement opinions. Dr. Evans' chemical experience includes all areas of synthetic chemistry and characterization of small and large molecules by spectroscopic, crystallographic, and chromatographic techniques.

Dr. Evans presently attends evening law school at Georgia State University.
