Das is an attorney in the Seattle Office, whose practice is focused on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation. K.M. has represented clients in matters before numerous United States District Courts throughout the country. He has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has participated in various forms of alternate dispute resolution. K.M. has also drafted and negotiated software licenses. He has published articles on and lectured on issues relating to patent infringement and intellectual property law. K.M. is actively involved in pro bono activities and has been recognized on several occasions for his pro bono efforts.
Prior to his legal career, K.M. was an associate professor of Mathematics. His research and publications focused on topics in finite group theory. |
