David practices general Intellectual Property law with an emphasis on developing business strategies and counseling clients on matters relating to technology and innovation. His practice encompasses all phases of patent portfolio management, U.S. and foreign, including prosecution, searches, opinions, technology transfer, licensing and infringement/validity assessment. David also has experience in patent litigation. David has experience in signal processing, data compression, error control coding, cellular telecommunication, broadband wireless access networks digital and analog circuit design, nanotechnology, computer hardware and software including data storage technology, operating systems, graphical user interfaces, virus detection, cache control, HTML, XML, Java and database control and optimization, and business methods patents.

As an electrical engineer at Missile Intelligence Agency, David analyzed intelligence data regarding foreign missile and directed energy weapon system. David also was an RF design engineer for 10 years at General Dynamics and Hughes Aircraft Company working on the radar system for the F-16 fighter/attack aircraft and various RF and IR missiles systems.
