Office Profile
In June 2000, the Atlanta office of Merchant & Gould opened to assist clients throughout the Southeast with their intellectual property needs. The attorneys in the Atlanta office have significant experience in providing full-service intellectual property counseling and litigation services to local and national clients.
The Atlanta office represents clients in the software, telecommunications, e-commerce, and biotech industries as well as clients in the traditional electrical, mechanical and chemical arts.
We are pleased to announce that Caroline G. Burd will be joining the Atlanta office as a technical advisor on Monday, October 6.
Caroline has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami and a Ph.D. in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology. Caroline is currently a Graduate Research Assistant and Georgia Institute of Technology and also recently worked at Pabst Patent Group, LLP as a technical advisor.
