The 6th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Institute, co-sponsored by Merchant & Gould, takes place June 5th and 6th at the Marriott City Center Hotel in Denver.

Protecting IP Abroad:
On June 5th at 1:45 p.m., Merchant & Gould's Tim Scull, Microsoft's Bill Harmon, and Gambro's Daniel Lejeune will present on issues facing today's companies as they decide whether to protect their intellectual property in countries other than the United States. Information on filing for and securing IP rights abroad, as well as enforcement, will also be presented.

Legislative Update - Patent Law Changes
On June 6 at 10:15 a.m., Merchant & Gould's Greg Leibold will present on the sweeping changes currently being contemplated by Congress and the PTO in regards to the PTO's defeat in Tafas v. Dudas.
