Regina Vogel Culbert Joins Merchant & Gould's Seattle Office(May 2005) - Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould announced that Regina Vogel Culbert has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Seattle office.

Culbert is a member of Merchant & Gould's litigation practice group. Her practice involves intellectual property litigation with an emphasis in patent, trademark and copyright disputes.
Culbert has handled prosecution and defense for a variety of matters involving computer software, web site design, trade dress and design copyrights, domain name disputes and related claims of unfair business practices, theft of trade secrets and other business torts. She practices in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums. She is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property and litigation topics to legal and non-legal professionals.
Culbert obtained her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Northwestern University. |
