K.M. Das Joins Merchant & Gould's Seattle Office(April 2007) - Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould announced that K.M. Das has joined the firm as an associate in its Seattle office.
K.M. specializes in patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation. He has represented clients in matters before numerous United States District Courts throughout the country, has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has participated in various forms of alternate dispute resolution. K.M. has published articles on and lectured on issues relating to patent infringement and intellectual property law and is actively involved in pro bono activities.

K.M. received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Vassar College and his M.S. and Ph.D., also in Mathematics, from the California Institute of Technology. |
