Merchant & Gould Ranked Ninth Nationally as a Top Trademark Firm(May 2008) - Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property law firm, is pleased to announce that it ranked ninth overall for the total number of trademark registrations issued in 2007, according to Intellectual Property Today magazine.

The report identifies Merchant & Gould as one of the top ten trademark practice groups in a survey of 328 of the largest U.S. law firms and intellectual property boutiques as measured between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007. Merchant & Gould received a total of 713 trademark registrations on behalf of its clients in 2007, up from 680 in 2006 and 612 in 2005. |
