Nancy H. Lutz, a partner in Merchant & Gould's Washington, D.C. area office, will co-present a course on international trademark law and practice at the 139th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) on May 20, 2017 in Barcelona, Spain. Her North American segment will provide a comparison on U.S. and Canadian law relating to registering and enforcing trademarks.
