Sarah Lockner

Sarah Lockner is Senior Trademark and Division Counsel for 3M Company.  As a Global Trademark Counsel for 3M Company, Sarah’s primary responsibilities center on managing all aspects of the multi-billion dollar global trademark portfolios for  the POST-IT®, SCOTCH®, NEXCARE®, ACE® and FUTURO® brands, as well as copyright, advertising review, licensing, enforcement, litigation, domain name, social media and Internet legal matters.  As the Division Counsel for the Consumer Healthcare Division, Sarah manages the day-to-day legal affairs of the Division serving as the Division's General Counsel and as a member of the Division operating committee.  Before joining 3M in 2007, Sarah was in private practice specializing in trademark law.


Richard Ostrom

Rick Ostrom has over 34 years of investigative and managerial experience including 26 as a Special Agent and Supervisor with the FBI.  Rick joined WayPoint in 2007 following his employment as a Manager of Business Risk Mitigation & Investigations at a major U.S. multinational corporation.

Rick has conducted, supervised, and consulted on many complex matters in the public and private sector.  His white collar crime investigative and supervisory experience includes public corruption, corporate, health care, financial institution, mortgage, insurance, bankruptcy, cybercrime, and securities frauds. Rick has unique experience in investigating executive level frauds, information security, intellectual property thefts, and all forms of corruption.


Chris Chalstrom

Chris Chalstrom founded Shepherd Data Services, a Minneapolis-based eDiscovery and digital forensic company, in 2002 and now serves as its President and CEO. She is an attorney, certified computer examiner, and programmer. Her background in litigation informed the Shepherd Data Services business model and influences her oversight of the eDiscovery and digital forensic operations at Shepherd Data Services. Chris is a member of the Board of Trustees at William Mitchell College of Law and the Center for Law and Business. She was selected by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal for their Women in Business Awards—Technology Group.
