Merchant & Gould Attorney Andrew Jagenow Named Partner

Merchant & Gould, a leading intellectual property law firm, announced today the promotion of attorney Andrew Jagenow to partner.

Jagenow joined Merchant & Gould’s Denver office in 2010 as an associate. His areas of experience include patent portfolio strategy and development, domestic and foreign patent prosecution, and intellectual property diligence. Jagenow’s clients include medical device, consumer product, technology, construction products, and software companies seeking to protect and expand their intellectual property portfolios.

Jagenow’s national and international client base includes privately- and publicly-held companies, universities, and individuals. Prior to joining Merchant & Gould, he worked in general practice law firms in Boston, Massachusetts. Before beginning his legal career, Jagenow worked for an engineering consulting firm.
