Merchant & Gould Partner Kristine Boylan Selected for the International Trademark Association’s Trademark Mediators Network

Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property law firm, today announced that partner Kristine Boylan has been chosen to join the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Trademark Mediators Network.

The highly selective Trademark Mediators Network is a global roster of trademark professionals whose practices focus on alternative dispute resolution for trademark disputes. Members are qualified from experienced practitioners in trademark law and litigation from around the world. The Network exists to provide access to an international roster of qualified mediators with specific experience in trademark and related unfair competition issues, combined with a deep understanding of the business drivers underlying these kinds of disputes.
