Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property law firm, today announced that Thomas R. Johnson has rejoined the firm in its Minneapolis office. Johnson is a trial attorney with an emphasis on mechanical and pharmaceutical patent litigation.

Mr. Johnson has extensive litigation experience handling several types of complex IP matters including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising and unfair competition. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
