Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property law firm, announced that Frank J. Bozzo has joined its Seattle office as of counsel. Mr. Bozzo will practice intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent prosecution and patent infringement litigation. His practice will focus primarily within the electrical engineering and computer science fields.
Mr. Bozzo has extensive patent experience in computer user interfaces, data communications, memory systems, computerized analysis of medical imaging and reporting data, aerospace systems, and interactive television delivery systems. In addition to his experience as an intellectual property attorney, Mr. Bozzo was a member of the faculty of the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he taught copyright and trademark law, constitutional criminal procedure, written and oral advocacy, and other courses.
