Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property and litigation law firm, announced that Stanley J. Gradisar has joined its Denver office as an associate attorney. At Merchant & Gould, Stanley practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on domestic and international patent prosecution, and counsels clients on various intellectual property matters, including licensing, patent infringement, and patent validity issues.
Mr. Gradisar has prosecuted patent applications in the computer software and mechanical arts. The fields of technology in Mr. Gradisar's experience include telecommunications, aerospace, mining, the Internet, cable networks, user interfaces, lasers and optics, medical devices, radiography, photographic process printers, graphic displays, scanners, radio frequency measurement devices, batteries, and rotary barrel engines.
Mr. Gradisar graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. and obtained his J.D., from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society and the Federalist Society.
