Christopher Raimund Joins Merchant & Gould Washington DC Office

Merchant & Gould, an intellectual property and litigation law firm, announced that Christopher W. Raimund has joined its Washington, DC office as an associate attorney.

Chris's practice at Merchant & Gould focuses primarily on patent prosecution and patent interference, particularly in the chemical, biotechnology and materials science technology areas. His past experience includes patent interference practice, patent litigation and patent prosecution over a wide range of technologies including polymers, medical devices, engineered materials, semiconductor manufacture and equipment, and biotechnology. Chris began his career in the patent profession as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, obtaining Primary status before entering private practice.

Chris obtained his J.D. from George Washington University and holds M.S. and B.S. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
