Richard C. Siefert joins Merchant & Gould in Seattle Office

Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould announced that Richard C. Siefert has joined the firm as a partner in its Seattle office.

Mr. Siefert specializes in complex litigation with a focus on intellectual property and antitrust cases. He is experienced in mediation and arbitration as alternatives to trial. He has frequently contributed to Bar publications and seminars on intellectual property and antitrust issues.

Mr. Siefert graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and holds a B.A. from DePauw University. He was a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, and a Special Assistant United States Attorney. A long-standing member of the Seattle community, he was a litigation partner in one of Seattle's most prestigious law firms for over 27 years.
