Brian H. Batzli Elected to Merchant & Gould Executive Committee

Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould has elected Brian H. Batzli to the firm's executive committee.

"Brian brings the client commitment, practical experience, and a vision for the future that will contribute greatly to the firm's future growth."

Brian's practice is focused on counseling clients on matters relating to software, e-commerce, computer hardware, digital circuit design, and traditional electrical and mechanical technologies. His practice areas include licensing, patent, trademark, computer law, and copyright. He is also experienced in contested matters.

Brian is an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law where he teaches courses in computer law, intellectual property, and selected topics in patent law.

Brian holds a B.E.E. from the University of Minnesota, and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
