Clark Wilson, a senior counsel in Merchant & Gould’s Atlanta office, was one of sixty candidates chosen to participate in Leadership DeKalb 2016 class. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the respected Atlanta-area leadership development program. Wilson will join a diverse group of Atlanta-area leaders in completing the 10-month program. Other participants in the program include state legislators, judges, business leaders, and other attorneys.

Clark’s practice at the Atlanta office includes patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate and non-infringement opinions, license negotiation and patent litigation support. He also provides trademark prosecution, trademark litigation support and cancellation and opposition proceedings at the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB). Clark is board-certified in intellectual property law by the Florida Bar Association.
