In 2017, Tony and a trial team from M&G obtained a $5 million jury verdict in favor of Proformance Manufacturing, Inc.  The case involved patented window technology.  The trial court later reduced the award to $3 million, plus prejudgment interest and costs, which was affirmed on appeal.
