Dan is an attorney who assists clients in all areas of patent law, with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical arts. Dan’s prior work experience includes working as a patent agent at an Alexandria, VA law firm, and as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Maryland at College Park. Additional experience includes post-doctoral training in synthetic chemistry and X-ray crystallography at the University of Southern California.
Dan has experience in all aspects of patent application prosecution, as well as preparing validity and infringement opinions in the area of pharmaceutical and chemical technologies. Dan’s chemical experience is in synthetic chemistry and characterization of small and large molecules by spectroscopic, crystallographic, and chromatographic techniques.
