She’s dedicated to helping companies protect their intellectual property for years to come.

Serving Businesses From Start-Up to Enterprise

As a small business owner herself, Rachel understands the emotions involved in start-ups and early business growth. It’s exhilarating. It’s frightening. To combat that fear, she provides strategic asset protection and advice to help secure a start-up’s invention.

As a client’s business grows, Rachel continues her partnership. With each new invention or asset, she uses strategy and know-how to provide solid patent drafting and prosecution. With Rachel, companies have the confidence to know that each new idea or asset is protected from their competitors.

A Background in Chemical Engineering

Rachel has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State, with a variety of hands-on mechanical experience from her business. With this knowledge, Rachel better serves a variety of clients. Her engineering backgrounds give her the ability to understand the unique patent needs of clients in high-tech fields.

IP Attorney Focused on the Future

Patents are not one-size-fits-all. In fact, companies require specific legal solutions to protect their assets from competitors they can’t yet see. Rachel focuses on creating legal solutions that future-proof her clients’ inventions. She protects their assets from current competitors as well as those they’ve yet to come up against.

Rachel believes that by investing in IP protections, companies can take something as simple as an idea and turn it into something tangible in the marketplace, further expanding their business.

When Rachel isn’t serving her clients, she spends her time exploring new hobbies. Her latest ventures include rock climbing, skiing, and Muay Thai.
