Sangki practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on US and foreign patent procurement, patentability and clearance analysis, pre-suit investigations, and due diligence investigations. He has experience in a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic technologies, including networking and telecommunications, network security, database, digital processing, consumer electronics, medical devices, fiber optic communications, optical devices, control systems, HVAC, hydraulic devices, automobiles, software, and business methods.

Sangki is a registered patent attorney in South Korea. Prior to joining Merchant & Gould, he handled a variety of international patent issues in Korea. He has successfully represented several multinational companies before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Patent Court in patent prosecution and litigation cases.

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and practicing Kendo.
