Tadd advises clients on building and maintaining patent and trademark portfolios, and monetizing a client’s intellectual property. While he has a concentration in patents related to, wireless communications, software applications, operating systems, user interfaces, mobile devices, electric and self-driving vehicles, supply chain management, call centers, computer security, manufacturing technologies, and circuitry manufacturing systems, he has experience in medical inventions (including respiratory systems, drug delivery devices and patient diagnostic equipment), other mechanical inventions, and business methods.
Tadd’s practice includes advising clients on strategic patent protection, patent prosecution, licensing, and patent enforcement. He has personally prepared and filed hundreds of patent applications and responses to Office Actions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in many foreign jurisdictions.
