Computer technology is perhaps the most rapidly changing of all current technologies. We can now hold in our hands more powerful devices than could previously be contained by an entire room. The development of increasingly larger data storage densities combined with decreasing chip sizes has enabled smaller and more portable devices than previously imaginable.

Computer technology exists at the intersection of two important but traditionally separate branches of engineering—namely computer science and electrical engineering. Merchant & Gould has many professionals with degrees in one or both of these areas. Additionally, many of our professionals have years of industry experience as computer programmers or electrical design engineers.
