Merchant & Gould proudly supports the work of Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN), a Minneapolis nonprofit that connects volunteer lawyers with Minnesotans in need.  VLN facilitates training and volunteer opportunities for attorney volunteers across Minnesota.  These attorneys provide pro bono services to people in need and protect the rights and property of thousands of clients every year by advising them at legal clinics, drafting legal documents, representing them in court, or otherwise supporting them in their pursuit of justice.

A number of Merchant & Gould attorneys volunteer at a housing court clinic coordinated by VLN.  In addition, the firm recently supported VLN as a Justice Champion ($5,000) sponsor of VLN’s annual Riverfront Celebration, which took place at the Nicollet Island Pavilion on Sept. 12.   The event is critical to VLN’s ability to help thousands of clients every year.
