Merchant & Gould is thrilled to announce that associate Erin Herdeman has been recognized as a Legal All-Star by the Wisconsin Law Journal. Her work as an IP attorney has not only contributed to the success and protection of many businesses, it has also set her apart as a leader within the legal community.
Erin is actively involved with the Association for Women Lawyers as a board member and co-chair of the IP discussion group where she organizes career panels and events to support women in the legal field. Her commitment to service extends to pro bono work with LegalCORPS, where she aids low-income entrepreneurs, and mentors young people through Big Brothers Big Sisters. Recently recognized as a "North Star" attorney for her volunteer contributions, Erin also mentors aspiring lawyers by speaking at her alma mater, Marquette University, to encourage underrepresented groups to explore careers in intellectual property.
