Merchant &amp; Gould is pleased to welcome two attorneys to its legal team, spanning two offices.&nbsp; The new hires include Zach Kachmer in Denver&nbsp;and Lindsay Jones in Minneapolis.

Zach Kachmer, associate, joined the Electrical &amp; Software Practice Group in Denver.&nbsp; Before then, he was a legal intern for DigitalGlobe in Westminster, Colo., and a reservoir engineer for Red Rocks Oil and Gas in Oklahoma City.&nbsp; Zach earned his J.D. from University of Colorado Law School, and a B.S. in chemical and biochemical engineering from Brown University.

Lindsay Jones, associate, joined the Trademark Practice Group in Minneapolis.&nbsp; Previously, she was a law clerk for EntrePartner Law Firm in Minneapolis; a legal affairs intern for the Minnesota Vikings Football; a licensing and partnerships intern for Rhymesayers Entertainment in Minneapolis; and a corporate partnerships intern for Minnesota Timberwolves Basketball.&nbsp; Lindsay earned her J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School, as well as a B.S. in sports management (with a legal focus), with a minor in business management, from University of Minnesota.
