Hannah is an associate in the firm’s Denver office, where she helps clients protect and advance their intellectual property and business interests. She represents clients in copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and corporate law disputes before federal district courts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, state district courts, and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Her litigation experience spans a range of industries and technologies, with a focus on aligning legal strategy with business outcomes.
Hannah helps develop practical legal strategies tailored to the client’s immediate needs and long-term objectives. She works to distill complicated legal and factual issues into clear arguments and actionable guidance, whether a client is enforcing its intellectual property rights or defending against claims of infringement.
With a background in biomedical sciences, Hannah brings technical knowledge and close attention to detail to her legal practice. Her interdisciplinary training enables her to understand complex technologies and evidence while developing thoughtful legal strategies. By combining scientific understanding with clear legal writing and practical analysis, Hannah helps clients protect their innovations, creative works, brands, and business interests.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Denver Law Review.
