Susmita Gadre is an associate in the firm’s Boston office whose practice centers on intellectual property and complex business litigation. Susmita brings significant experience handling all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, managing fact and expert discovery, and drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court. She has taken depositions, prepared witnesses, and played key roles in trial and appellate proceedings. Her work spans a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, software, and electronics, and includes representing both established companies and emerging businesses.

Prior to joining the firm, Susmita represented clients in intellectual property and commercial disputes at two Boston-based law firms, where she helped secure favorable outcomes in complex, multi-year litigation matters. Her background also includes advising clients on trademark, copyright, and trade secret issues, as well as experience working with in-house teams and the federal judiciary.
