Vincent Martell is a paralegal in the firm's New York office with nearly three decades of experience supporting trademark prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management for clients across a wide range of industries. He works closely with attorneys, in-house counsel, and international associates to help clients protect and maintain valuable intellectual property assets around the world.

Throughout his career, Vincent has managed all aspects of domestic and international trademark prosecution, including clearance searches, prosecution strategy, TTAB proceedings, due diligence, and portfolio administration. He has extensive experience coordinating with foreign counsel, supporting trademark litigation and opposition matters, and assisting clients with complex global trademark portfolios. His background also includes intellectual property support for mergers and acquisitions, copyright filings, domain name management, and anti-counterfeiting initiatives.

Before joining the firm, Vincent held senior trademark paralegal and intellectual property management roles at leading law firms and global consumer brands, where he helped develop and implement trademark protection and enforcement strategies. An active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), he brings deep industry knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to supporting trademark matters.
